Bartlett, Amoruso & Recce – Architects (BAR) has a proven track record of evaluating, designing and managing the construction of both new and renovated facilities. Programming studies and preliminary design work are tasks for which our design team provides a array of capabilities and insight, based on our extensive experience. Subsequent to approval of the program, budget and preliminary design, Construction Documents will be meticulously compiled. These documents are used to conduct a competitive bid solicitation, allowing our clients to meaningfully compare qualified Contractors.

Undertaking construction at any occupied facility requires that potential difficulties be anticipated and minimized.
